“The Zacharias Center is a beautiful facility with excellent professional staff and volunteers trained to help those who have been sexually abused,” said Jesiel. “The resources available are comprehensive; with age appropriate programs to promote healing toward recovery.”
The Zacharias Center provides counseling and advocacy services for free to anyone seeking help from sexual assault. Counseling, Children’s Programs, Parent Support Groups, Advocacy and Professional Training are areas of support they provide. Community Education is also available to clubs, religious groups, corporations, and other organizations.
A High School Prevention program is available to discuss topics of date rape, dating violence, gender equality, risk reduction, self-defense, and dispelling myths about sexual assault.
